Borders The Basics & Beyond: A Complete Guide to Border Techniques with Dozens of Designs to Mix and Match (Landauer)

I want to add several borders around some fabric panels that I’ve bought to build them out to a good size. Looking forward to starting!

I used to get the quilt top done and then not pay any attention to what border I put on the quilt. Now I get lost is the possibilities of borders - they are exciting and I believe they set my quilts apart by showing a flare and element of fun. This book is fantastic and gets your creative thought processes going!!

This book is a great idea book. Not only does is have several quilt possibilities starting with a center block and using several borders to build the top, but the book offers many blocks and ideas to use for the borders. The possibilites in this book can jump start many, many quilts. Just pick and choose and start sewing.

This book is well presented and has great photos on how to put blocks together. I think this would be a good book for beginners, but I was expecting to see somthing more and something new and was disapointed to find the standard type of borders I have seen before.Had I seen the book prior to purchasing I probably would have passed.

Concise easy to follow instructions well worth the buy. With many ideas and inspirations to give you a quilt which sings.
