Not only is this double layered but the fleece is insanely warm. I ended up wearing this all weekend just over my beanie instead of a helmet and this will definitely be a staple for snowboarding trips to come! Review: Warm but the mask wets out easily - I really like this hood but I found myself taking the mask off frequently. The hood itself is nice and warm and fits over my helmet, and I like that the fabric for the mouth covering is a light and breathable material. However, I wore this in white out conditions and the mask what did out super easily and I found myself taking it off so I could breathe. This is a problem I’ve had with conventional masks, but it felt worse because the mask what is magnetically connected to my goggles and couldn’t move freely. I would wear this (and all other Anon MFI masks) only on dry days. The hood comes with all three MFI insets so it fits every Anon google size.
