Get Your Normal Size
The size chart for these is pretty wack. I wear a medium in most athletic bottoms. Running shorts/tights as well as bike shorts. The size chart had me at an XL. I originally went with a L, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, just to order a M and find out they fit perfectly. Otherwise, they're a fine product.

Sorta okay cycling tights
I really want to like these tights more but found a Baleaf brand that I prefer. I ordered the US XL (my normal size) and they fit very big, I should have went down a size. Also the pad the very cushy it's also extremely bulky. Feels like you got a small pillow stuffed down the back of your pants. If you want super cushy this may be a plus for you.I do like the material and the knickers to a good job of staying put below my knee and not riding up. I will still use them but just my $.02 that they are not my go to choice.

Chamois is way too thick
Compared to my other chamois (for mtb riding), the padding on these is super thick and dense/firm. There’s no way I can not feel like wearing a diaper with these so they’re being returned. Also the bottom elastic doesn’t fit tightly around my calves. I’m fairly slender but not skinny, and elsewhere they fit tightly as expected.

Buy in your size, ignore their chart.
Good enough shorts for the money with more than enough padding, just buy in your normal size. First pair I bought got the XL as chart showed to be comparable to my normal medium size. They are loose in the waist. Next pair got L and fit better but still not as bike shorts should. Medium is medium.

Fine cycling pants, sizing came in a little large for me.
5'8", 160. 32" waist, 30" inseam. Out of concern for sizing I ordered a 'US Large' which is fine except that they seem a little less tight around the waist and through the seat then I would prefer to keep everything firmly in place. Ordering again I would go down a size to a 'US Medium'.

Not what I was expecting
Nice padding in the Butt area, but very little in the middle where you really need it, and none in the front.You need the padding in the middle or your private area will go numb. These have very little.Will go back to amazon.

Fair
Stretched out quick fit a lot larger than chart. If it says Xl go medium will stretch out quick.
