Good value, takes time to prepare
As with most dried chickpeas I would recommend soaking them longer than the packet suggests (a full 24 hours at least) and giving them a good wash, as there may be grit or damaged peas in the packet. But these are a good buy, way cheaper than canned and have a really good flavour

Yummy chickpeas
Super chickpeas. I use them to make humus, I use them as a source of resistant starch. I love them doused in olive oil and Umi seasoning. They are frequently on my table as a snack, a side dish or as a meal with spinach stirred into them. Chickpeas are a real staple in our house. Channa dal is a great favourite with rice and vegetable curries too

late and underweight
Chickpeas look good (I have not tasted them yet). They took a long time to arrive and sorry to say the pack weighs a little under 1kg
