I am very pleased with the results of this fine product. A few weeks ago I couldn't stop shaking, I had muscle cramping and had very low energy. I am not going to say I am cured of all these symptoms but they have been reduced significantly by using this product. Within a few days the shaking stopped so I obviously had a some magnesium deficiency. I take an acid blocker so alot of my nutritional suppliments taken orally do not get to be absorbed properly. By getting my magnesium topically it assures me that I am getting the right amount as well as helps absorb the calcium that I do take orally.I have muscle damage in both legs and I rub it in my calves each morning and I get moderate relief every time. I have only been taking this for a few weeks but so far I feel confident that, at the very least, I am maintaining a good level of magnesium in my system and I feel more energized.I can tell this is a high quality product so if you are thinking of trying a magnesium spray give WHITE EGRET a go. I have sensitive skin and I have had no bad reactions. It comes from the Great Salt Lake and contains no other additives. I have also noticed that some cuts I had on my legs have healed much faster.We live in a world that drains us of our natural abilities to get the nutrients we need. I don't believe in over medicating with suppliments but magnesium is essential for our body to function properly and is often times hard to absorb orally. I will continue to use this product and I will UPDATE this review as I use this suppliment in the future. I have given this product four stars but if I keep getting better I will increase that rating to five stars.UPDATE: Six months later and after trying three other brands, WHITE EGRET tops them all. It is a great product and what sets it apart from the rest is that it leaves absolutely no greasy residue. As I mentioned before, I find it the easiest and most efficient way of getting my daily magnesium and the quality is superb.

Noticed no difference. I had been using Pure Zechstein Magnesium spray but switched to this brand; which is like water. I even got it in my eyes, by mistake, and it did not sting. I went back to the other brand.

Works great for growing pains on my 11 year old son, no stinging and not oily. We use it on leg muscles or back after sports and working out with a noticeable improvement within hours. Plus it helps him sleep by relaxing the muscles.

I ordered this product when I had tremendous inflammation and pain in both rotator cuffs. A mid level health practitioner (NP) told me I had a sprain, take Tylenol, and come back in 6 months. I continued to have terrific pain and went to an orthopedist. He took X -rays and saw a lot of inflammation.He prescribed Celecoxib and sent me to physical therapy. I worked with the physical therapist who gave me exercises to do at home. A month later I am MUCH BETTER. Cautionary tale: Pain tells you something is wrong and pursue further medical help if you find your first visit was not helpful.I bought this product to help with the pain before I decided to contact the orthopedist. I think it would be soothing and hydrating for sensitive skin but not very helpful for pain. It is gentle to the skin.

This is such a great product. I bought my first bottle in Australia and since I have bought in France. This is from the Great Lakes. The bottle is solid and does't open when traveling; The quality of the pump spray is great. I use this as I learned behind the knees for faster absorption and then I massage it into sore muscles. It can sting a tiny bit if I have just shaved my legs for example. It is like putting salt water, that feeling. It can be used for a myriad of illnesses. Magnesium is an important supplement to take. Rather than ingestion and having it work through the intestines which is irritating for some, this goes directly into the blood stream and saves a loss of I think 40%. I have had all kinds of nerve pain problems and also muscle soreness from running and I put it on at night and it is great. It does make a difference.

3 stars due to packaging! The bottle I received is a totally different color, the pump keeps getting clogged so I have to continually rinse it and pump water through it and it drips something awful!!!! Other than the packaging, the product is great and has really helped the pain in my knees and foot. I've also been sleeping better at night. I use several pumps before bed.

Who'd have thought one product could make such an impact on my life? Relieves cramping muscles, helps relives trigger points, softens my facial skin and helps me get restful sleep. The spray nozzle clogs a lot but rinsing in hot water solves the issue. I also appreciate that the magnesium is from the US.

I heard great things about magnesium oil helping with soreness after work outs along with it's other benefits so I tried this stuff out. After several uses it gave me a rash and did nothing to help with soreness. Also the bottle's spray head doesn't work very well at an angel which makes putting it on some parts of your body kinda difficult.
