Good value computer
Great value computer for your daily home or office use.Quite, fast, looks well and doesn't take up much room.Good starter computer for daily basic needs.

Does most tasks well. The version I bought has 8g RAM 1 tb hard drive every good for photographs.

Doesn't like multi tasking
It's a PC. Far from the most powerful and slow during certain operations.I wouldn't buy it again.My fault though I should have done more research into the capabilities of this Desktop.

I judge the computer...shame about the instrusive software
The computer gets 10 stars. Nothing but praise for it.s Why buy second hand? Of course the keyboard and mouse are basic; although having said that the keyboard is quite nice to type on.Instantly recognised wifi; and wireless mouse - not supplied by LENOVO. Set up faultless apart from below:Shame about Gates' desire to invade every aspect of our movements on the computer. I doubt that car manufacturers could get away with it.

Poor Quality and dreadful customer service
PC refused to accept Windows 10 version updates. Lenovo claimed it was a software issue, Microsoft claimed it was a hardware issue. PC after a few weeks completely failed confirming Microsoft correct.Paid for onsite support but Lenovo refused to honour that.PC returned to their repair centre where they replaced the motherboard. When it was returned by their repair centre (Flextronics) it was so badly packed it arrived DOA.Returned again to the repair centre where a new HDD, Processor fan and cable were fitted but on return the PC refused to boot without a black screen intervention. Dreadful support.

Purchased for a small business - once installed is proving reliable, unobtrusive and silent.

Great Value for money
Great slim line PC which I bought to replace my parents old Lenovo (4GB RAM) with a bit more RAM (8GB) and it now runs windows 10 and Microsoft Office a lot more smoothly.
