Roland DJ-707M Dj Controller, An Integrated Livestreaming Sound Console

This is a great controller, still trying to work all out but does what I want it to do. I always use Denon but this is more advanced for dj and karaoke but Denon mc4000 an mc6000 is more solid metal as a lot of plastic as if you drop it without case bag could break

This is a near perfect controller for the mobile DJ. It does everything you will ever need and more. Has studio quality mic channels which you just don't find on other controllers and some other fun toys like the Roland TR drum machine and an FX Oscillator. It allows you to connect 2 laptops to it, so you can have a hot spare in case something goes wrong. Oh and the sound card in this sounds amazing! All in all this is a really well thought out controller. Really pleased with this.

Excellence. I agonised over different options for weeks, admittedly due to budget restrictions. My previous set up was fairly dated and was in need of upgrading and the Roland 707M has done that perfectly. The Key for me was having onboard FX with standalone capabilities, as I did not want to be completely reliant on connecting and turning on a laptop at all times to use the mixer. The product is by no means perfect and I have experienced some minor issues such as reverb suddenly stopped working on one of the channels, I experienced low hum noise interference when I connected an external CDJ to the line input while using Serato, even though the channel was selected to PC. A big plus is (you can connect external players, music sources to any of the four channels and apply the onboard FX) which is not possible with many other mid/pro range controllers. I had envisioned some of the issues I mentioned, which is why I have avoided software mixing for so long. None of these problems are deal breakers and can either be ironed out or worked around. The cold hard truth is that to get the features I wanted on a standalone option was just far too costly as you may well find, unless financial outlay is not a deciding factor for you. A special mention to (Audacity) open source editing software that I have been using for over 20 years now and has shown me that DJ/Producer software can in fact be great, also Lark media player for Amazon Fire tablets, so, so good. To summarise, getting to know my new Roland controller with free auto unlock to Serato DJ Pro software (has it's faults :) has been an absolute joy while expanding my universe for live looping, effects and sampling which was so limited on my previous set up. Thank you Roland and Serato.

I was skeptical at first due to it's size, but this controller has everything a mobile DJ could ever ask for, and some! The sound quality is so good it's almost like having a new PA system too. The features are fantastic. You will not regret buying this controller.

I was very disappointed with the Roland DJ-707M. The sound quality was poor, with heavy distortion across all my speakers. Having used the Roland DJ-808 since October 2022, the 707M felt like a clear downgrade and not worth the investment, so I ended up returning it. I’ve since ordered the Pioneer DDJ-FLX10. While it comes at a higher price, I’m confident it will deliver sound quality and features much closer to the standard of the Roland DJ-808.

Semplicemente spettacolare!!! L'ho provata sia con Serato, sia con Virtual Dj, con cui è mappata in maniera spettacolare! Ottima qualità audio, piccola, leggera, tante funzioni, layout chiaro, mi piace tantissimo! Leggendo il manuale ho scoperto tante funzioni che sono una chicca! Super consigliata per i Dj in "movimento" e non solo, tante caratteristiche e funzioni che sono su questa consolle non le trovate neanche su controller "blasonati" molto più costosi. Remixare dal vivo è uno spettacolo con questo gioiellino! A voler trovare il "pelo nell'uovo", forse le scritte delle funzioni con lo shift sono poco leggibili in posti con poca luce, e, per chi è fissato con certe funzioni, non ha tasti dedicati per gestire la beatgrid, ma io non ho trovato altri difetti, e con tutte le funzioni straordinarie che ha, non sento la mancanza di nulla. Qualità Roland eccezionale! E Amazon, come sempre, impeccabile. Super soddisfatto del mio acquisto. La uso con Virtual Dj 2021 e in aggiunta il Novation Launchpad X, e le possibilità sono incredibili!!!

Llevo 3 eventos con el hasta ahora todo bien. Un excelente controlador. Lo considero gama alta. Ya que sus salidas t funciones están excelentes

Tuvimos un pequeño problema, pero contactamos con la tienda y lo llevo a reparar, sigue funcionando bastante bien.

I have owned and also had considered many other brands before deciding on this controller, but this thing is solid, the appearance, the feel, the weight are all great. It has many inputs and outputs available. The microphone section is top class, there are effects and also feedback suppression built in, it's amazing. The jog wheels are not big but they work very well. The pads has a nice feel to them and are very precise. There are tons of features available which may be too much for a beginner dj or one who does not like to experiment and just need a plain controller. This is a very very good controller, just buy it. Good job Roland.
