Great replacement for my favorite coffee mug.

I have a Simply Modern 24 oz classic mug. I purchased this replacement cover because I broke my original cover. This replacement lid fits perfectly and works as well as the original lid. It locks securely in the open and closed position. I shook a full mug And there was no Sign of leakage. I inverted a full mug and there was no leakage Please note I had this replacement lid for less than a week. Well worth it

Surprise! It fits! Just like what this page says, this item fits the mugs that this page says it does. If you’re looking for a lid for a mug that’s not even the same brand, please don’t be shocked that this lid doesn’t fit your mug. That’s not how this works. If your mug is one of the mug models listed, this will be the perfect replacement lid.

I would give this lid a zero stars if that were possible. SLM used to produce their lids with very tight and secure tolerances such that if the 20oz tumbler turned upside down in my bag, or if I shook the hot coffee to mix with coconut oil, cacao etc, it would not lose even one drop even with the high internal pressure from the air super-heated by the coffee. Over the last 18 months I've ordered both new tumblers (with lids) and ordered lid replacements on their own, and they fail. They are loose from the start, the snap down portion of the cover does not fit nearly as tightly as previously, and they even just start cracking and leaking - without ever being dropped or suffering any impact - like the clear top I'm looking at right now. Very sad - maybe SLM has changed their design, or more probably their manufacturer, because these lids have fit and function limitations that are visibly observable when compared with older versions - the new ones are all too unreliable to shake since hot drops will escape and stain documents in my bag, or splatter around the room and on your clothes. It's possible I've it's just bad coincidence that I've been sent sub-standard inventory. But 3 consecutive lids, all poorly-fitting to the tumbler is hard to explain away ... it's much more likely that SLM has relaxed its quality control to the detriment to of it's former top performance. I'm a medical rep going into doctor's offices every day with my (formerly) trusty SLM tumbler. Until now, everyone from reception and MA's to the doctors themselves would ask the tumbler's brand and where I bought it when they saw me shake the tumbler hard prior to popping the lid and taking a drink. They couldn't believe how tightly closed and secure it was. Come on, SLM!! Whatever decisions you've made about these lids, they have failed your brand. I cannot buy another one until this is fixed. If you did it to pinch pennies for more profit, you can have faith that those few miserable pennies are costing your brand its reputation. Please let me know if there is a solution. Until then, your greed is duly noted.

I bought my first Simple Modern bottle way back in 2019, I believe. I'm disabled and am home alone a lot, and not able to get up to get myself water. I purchased a bottle nearly large enough to hold an entire two liters of ice cold water. Because of how durable the bottle was, and how long it kept the water cold (still had ice in it after 6 days in a car) we decided to buy the Kona cups for tea and coffee. After a year of use, I made the mistake of putting the lids in the sink to wash, where they unfortunately sat and absorbed the smell of spaghetti. That's on me, and since the lids were over a year old, I bought replacements. The replacements were the perfect size, and just as durable as the originals. They're also really inexpensive. I love the Simple Modern brand. All of their products have surpassed luxury brands like Stanley, Yeti, and Hydroflask in terms of durability and how long they keep beverages hot or cold. They're also half the cost. I hope they start a loyalty program, because I've bought so many and given so many away as gifts.

Fit properly

Got this lid to replace the 360° lid that comes with the ceramic Voyager cup. I love the Voyager for my daily coffee, but the 360° lid is very difficult to clean. This was a perfect replacement.

Simple modern offers free lid replacements on broken lids through their website. FYI this particular one does NOT fit the voyager 20oz tumbler.
