These aren’t for everyone. My partner doesn’t like the grainy feel when you start to chew and break them down; however, they have a good flavor and are so easy to take every day. I wake my morning with these, and it’s like a treat!

This is a great Women's daily vitamin. Taken twice daily, the flavor and palatability of this product is awesome.
