Total waste of time
I followed he installation instructions and set up this wifi adapter. One first I was able to connect to both my 2.4G and 5G networks. I have blazing speed for exactly one minute. Then it stopped working entirely. I lost my connection to Internet and was never able to restore.I got sucked in the Windows vortex of trying reset all sorts of setting and overcome firewall filter settings. I thought I might call TRiver customer support when I discover that there is no such thing. The adapter and packaging has no branding and no contact info.It is generic Chinese knock off with no brand.My old 2.4G adapter now no longer works.I'm now in the midst of a system restore.DO NOT BUY.

Flimsy connection
Has a Flimsy connection. If you accidentally bump it, it'll be even more Flimsy. Ok for desktops since it will be nowhere near my hands, but would not recommend for laptops.

Awesome Price and Excellent Product! It does what it's designed to do. I had previously bought the TRiver 802.11 AC600 2.4G&5G Dual Bandhttp://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00WENY8TK?psc=1&redirect=true&ref_=oh_aui_detailpage_o06_s00 which had trouble finding my 5G band. When I wrote the seller about the issue I had, he send this one to me free of charge! Thank you Louise. Excellent customer service is what you provided!This one is able to see my 24Ghz and 5Ghz without any issue. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the service received!

Works good, this device is dual band two path
Works good, this device is dual band two path , 2.4G 5G can work in the same time.In other words ,it can connect to two wifi source simultaneously.It's great for me ,I have dual band router , so the wifi speed is never like this before.Will update later
