We have only had this chair for 2 days and it has ripped at the seam. So far we love the product and the vibration feature. Fortunately customer service is sending us a new one free of charge and we don't need to send back the defective one which would have been a huge hassle. So grade A service on their end!! Other than the seam rip this chair is very comfortable and convenient. I got it for my 6ft tall husband who likes to play video games and sit right infront of the TV while playing. He used to drag the huge couch around to strategically place himself in the way of everyone but now he just has this chair which is working great for everyone.

I needed a more comfortable chair for long gaming sessions on my Xbox series X and this chair is perfect. I love the vegan leather, it’s very soft and looks great. The chair is super light so it’s easy to move around. I was using an office/gaming style chair and it just wasn’t comfortable for longer sessions. I was worried how I’d fit but I’m 6’1” and 165 pounds and I fit great but you do sit low to the ground so if getting out of the chair is difficult that would be a consideration. I added a pillow to offset the massage part sticking out a little which I didn’t like, pillow fixed that though. I don’t use the massager, it didn’t do much but that’s not why I bought it. I think this is a nice looking chair. I bought some refill beans for the chair as it’s begun to lose some of its firmness so I added a little to the chair and that did the trick and the100 liter Big Joe refill bag will last a long time and only cost $23 off amazon.

Comfy chair for kids and adults! I bought it as a Christmas gift for my 10 year old son but I often find myself sitting in it too. I love the color and it’s like an upgraded, fancier version of the beanbag chair I grew up with. The back is pretty sturdy and holds me up. The “massager” is more of a little vibration. It was kind of pricey for what it is but I got in on promo.

Out the box, this was cool. My kid liked it. But the power cord is like 2 feet long so it has to be right next to the outlet to work. My kid moved it a little and the USB bent so now it's basically an expensive bean bag chair.

Wanted to love this, and loved it at first, but it totally deflates. When we got the chair for my teen and tween who share a room, it was amazing. Great match to their Minecraft room and pottery barn teen futon, easy to wipeclean and really comfortable. We bought a second one so they didn’t have to fight over it. It was ideal for reading, and easy to move from their room to the media room to play video games with friends. But after a couple weeks, the one on the left is what it looks like. It loses all of its shape and the stuffing compacts. The vibration function only sort of works and it’s just kind of weird, so it’s not something that is a particular selling point or anything the kids use—but it only sort of works so that may be why. For the price, I would expect this to last at LEAST a year. Such a disappointment because I wanted to get the fluffy unicorn print for my daughter’s room but I don’t want to throw good money after bad.

Really like this bean bag chair overall. The cover feels thick and durable, and the design looks quite nice in the room. It’s comfortable to sit on and has a nice supportive feel. The only downside is that it needs refilling from time to time to keep its shape.
