It is a non-smart cellphone that has all the necessary features. It works well as either a back-up phone or a lender. It includes SIM adapters for smaller SIM cards to be able to fit inside the phone. It has a microSD slot which works if you want to add music to the phone, which does have a music player as well as FM radio.

Incoming call Sound volume is very low at maximum. There is no volume adjustment button. Actually for seniors it is quite complex. Asks you to unlock pressing certain buttons all the time. For someone with poor vision and/ or difficulty operating gadgets is quite a task. And you need to do it fast, otherwise it’ll lock. So the elderly has to have very good near vision, perfect hearing and fast reactions

I have owned this phone for 9 months.Pro: Cheap. Throwaway. Burner.Works with T-Mobile Prepaid for now.Nice mp3 player and FM-radio.Small and light. Easy to carry. Durable . Handy flashlight.Several days between recharges.Con: Telephone is hard to use.Really tiny phone, small buttons, small screen.UI is clumsy to navigate.Speaker is not loud enough.2G band is going away. Expect no or poor 2G signal soon.My Take: I use this phone when I go out and don’t want to lug arounda bulky expensive fragile smartphone but need to be reached.I enjoy listening to FM radio and podcasts loaded from my computer.This is an OK emergency backup phone.This is NOT a senior or elderly people phone.

This is the best and simple phone for seniors.

Telephone is more like a "Toy" than a phone. Very small, low quality, not even close to how it is described.I had purchased it to give as a gift for someone abroad for a trip that I'm going to this week, yet, it is such low quality that I will be returning it today.
