Doesn't get easier
It comes in two parts. The fireplace mantel and the fire box. Remove all the generous packing material, and you place the fire box in the fire place mantel, and secure it with four screws. The easiest 15 minutes of work I have ever done. It looks fantastic, the setter options are easy with the remote and it will blow heat. I compared it to numerous other fireplaces and this is what I settled on. We are thrilled with our purchase and would do it again.

Love the stone look,was concerned what it would really look like on arrival but was very impressed and would and have already mentioned my satisfactory of the cosmetic side to many friends not forgetting to mention the incredibly quiet but super robust productive heater and how amazingly realistic the adjustable flames stand out and light up the room,no smoke getting blown here, this product is simply the truth,hands down 👍👍

Perfection!!
We are in love with this fireplace. It is perfect and absolutely gorgeous. The faux stone and flames are very realistic. The faux stone is very impressive! Super easy to install after I was finally able to get it out of the box. Arrived in perfect condition because it is packed super secure with a ton of foam surrounding it.

Don't buy this item! It is not damaged, it is flat out broken in multiple places.

Beautiful addition to my rustic room.
The media could not be loaded. Love the ambiance. I don’t really need the extra heat but love the stone look and dark mantle and base. Everyone loves it. The only problem is when the puppy sees her reflection in it & gets very intrigued—have to watch so she doesn’t scratch it up.

Impressed
We bought a "used" one, and it had nothing wrong with it! No scratches, dings, or function problems. Works like a champ! Sure, it's a little cheesy, but we knew what we were getting, and it is definitely prettier than most space heaters!
