Able to use my fireplace regularly throughout the winter season. No longer had to kneel to turn on the fireplace.

I don’t like it I got $7.45 in return for something that did not work. I don’t know why I didn’t get my full refund. $60.71.

Great original parts. If you don't do electronics, electrical and not a pro, don't bother.Directions suck bad, SIT has horrible support, tech was nice though but was not very helpful.You need to be electronically proficient with voltages, meters and other test equipment to make it work.Not 4 amateur.. Have fun:)

worked once
Bought this for a customer. installed and programed, worked one time then could not get it to program again. Tried different batteries, would not transmit. Returned and bought a different brand.

Decent remote, made me think my house was haunted
Worked alright for a few weeks then started randomly turning my fireplace on if the remote wasn’t locked. 👀 (and no, the button wasn’t accidentally being pushed. The remote would be on the mantle away from anyone and it would randomly turn on)
