These do not really work for me. I didn't notice the psyllium husk on the ingredient list and whenever I take something with that it tends to constipate me. Weird I know - sort of backwards in theory but always seems to happen. Maybe because I already have a high fiber healthy diet I don't know but I had to stop taking these after 4 days when I put two and two together. Now on a straight cascara sagrada to help with my bacterial infection in my gut. Doing much better now. I am sure this works for many people - just not me. Sorry I wasted my money on it.

Didn't really work for me, at all. I have stomach problems to start with so I was really taking a big chance. I took it as recommended at first, but after a few days of nothing, uped my dosage. Still 0 results. Probably more of my problem than the product, but still, I was hoping for SOMETHING.
