Precisely cut from a damaged vinyl record. The picks are then put through several process. The grooves of the vinyl are removed to a point where they can still be seen, but do not make a squeaking sound on the guitar strings. The edges of the picks are smoothed and rounded to the standards of industry leaders. All picks are hand inspected by a human. Gauges will vary but are comparable to a medium to heavy gauge pick.
