It works!
I might have dropped the small piece of plastic, with a small hole to help with the suction, down the drain, but it still works fine! Haven't figured out how to properly clean the smallest mini round hole head yet thou.... But it works!

Good beauty tool addition
This product takes some getting used to and takes a light touch til you are more practiced. I like it is rechargeable and seems fairly well built. As someone else mentioned, I think the key to success is using steam or warm cloth to be sure your pores are opened. Overall, this makes for first good tool to add to your beauty arsenal.Edit

It’s super powerful and you’ll be amazed at what’s trapped in your pores ! This works wonders to get you to a clearer cleaner complexion. Great value too compared to the other devices out there. Very glad I got this.

I just used three times only and when I would like to use it for the next time it does not work. I'm asking to get my money back or send me another one

It's ok, I wish the directions were better and more comprehensive. Also the directives here literally all say the same thing about how each replaceable top should be used.It is otherwise nice and sleek
