This set is useful, convenient and high quality. I'm becoming a Wera fan and will buy other Wera products.

Wera is a respected name in tools, and this driver set is an excellent example of why. The Wera Kompakt 60 includes Wera's distinctive comfort handle grip on a very smooth ratchet mechanism with quick-detach bits that automatically lock in place on insert. The set of sixteen included long bits includes most of the most important ones you'll need, with Philips, Pozidriv, Torx and hex bits in a range of sizes. (You know those screws you keep running across on electronics that a regular Philips bit doesn't QUITE fit right? Those are Pozidriv. You know the principal difference between them? Philips heads are deliberately designed to slip at a certain driving torque. Pozidriv heads are designed NOT to.)There is only one flat bit, though, and it's on the small side; however, slotted head screws are at last starting to disappear, and this flat bit will fit most of the common ones you are still likely to encounter, such as wall plate screws.The ballistic nylon case that holds everything is well thought out and well made, and has provisions for putting it on a belt or Velcroing it to a smooth surface (or to a Velcro pad sewn onto a coverall or fatigues).This tool IMMEDIATELY became my preferred default screwdriver, over a Vermont American non-ratchet driver and a Stanley ratchet driver. The Wera has a better selection of bits with better reach and better storage, that are easier to change and better retained (a positive mechanical quick-release ball-lock instead of a rather weak magnet). I may still go for the Vermont American set, to which I have added multiple additional bits including nut drivers, if I need something unusual that isn't contained in the Wera set. But that probably won't be very often. If you want more and different Wera bits, the Wera 62 set contains 33 bits, including square, security hex, security Torx, spanner, tri-wing and Torq-Set bits, although it does not have a ratcheting handle. TOGETHER, THEY ARE INVINCI— ... er, wait, I mean ... you can interchange bits at will between the two sets for tremendous flexibility.

it was worth the money

First of all, you don't need screw drivers this good to get the job done, but my goodness does it make every job more enjoyable. I have had plenty of racheting screw drivers over the years and honestly they all stink next to this one. Positive switch when changing direction. Labeled so I know what it is going to do before I try it. Feels right in the hand. The long bits mean that those deep small fasteners can be reached instead of having to swap it out for a non ratcheting driver. Wera has really got their act together.

I highly recommend this set to anyone needing a great ratcheting screwdriver. The quality is unmatched. Awesome tools by Wera. I'm an HVAC service tech and this helps me day in and day out!

I was looking for ratcheting screwdriver and of course went with Wera tools. I have multiple sets of Wera tools and I can never find any fault with them.

Worth every penny if I lost a thousand I would buy a thousand more

Not as good as thier original ultra fine ratcheting screwdriver but pretty decentI've had their original for 20 years and it's been amazing. It's infinitely ratcheting. It's so fine you cannot feel the teeth at all.This model is much finer than your typical drivers though

I love this set. Use it on my motorcycle alot as well as for any type of technical or install work. The ratcheting mechanism is excellent.I added a Robertson #2 bit and the smaller bit holder which all fit in this case and really complete the set for many household and technical repair jobs. Worth every penny

Perfect handle and and high quality!

I bought this as I have previously had other Wera tools and found them to be expensive but worth it for the quality. This screwdriver set doesn't dissapoint.The set is in a nice pouch which keeps everything together and makes it very convenient to pick up and use. The screw driver bits are long enough and seems to have enough bits to cover most items, although less keen on the safety torx bits as these really are the same as torx ones but with the hole in the middle, so a bit unnecessary to have both types in there, could just do with the safety type and add in some flat blade bits instead. I have used the set a few times and find it very comfy in the hand and quick to swap out the bits. Provided you put it all back in the convenient pouch for next time, its really good and easy to use.I am a little concerned with the elastic strap which holds the screwdriver, as this seems a tight fit for the handle to fit under, but I guess time will tell how durable it is.So far really liking the little kit, despite the premium cost and very premium box it comes in, the little pouch holds all the bits you need and very convenient to use. Excellent screwdriver set.
