The mug I received is an attractive shade of metallic gray with a stainless steel rim and interior. It is comfortable to drink out of with or without the lid attached. The lid fits snugly and won’t slip off. My morning coffee stays hot long enough to play Wordle and read the morning paper. It is interesting that the sides of the mug stay cool to the touch, so the vacuum insulation obviously works well. A quality product.Update: While this mug keeps coffee hot, the heat will cause the lid to expand slightly, making it VERY difficult to remove if you wish to refill. If you have issues with hand strength or dexterity, I would recommend not using the lid.

I have this in Slate Gray. It is a great look for those who enjoy some shimmer. Classy, upscale vibe to it. I think the dark gun metal gray looks really cool with the pearlescent look.Good seal with the lid. NO LEAKS. Absolutely no leaks any time I take a sip.It's an open lid, but no worries on stuff staying hot or cold. However, I do prefer the slider lid style and I wish this had that. I failed to notice the lid style at purchase so that is on me.I love this style of cup as my daily drink cup. It isn't likely to fit in a car cup holder, but it does sit on a cup holder usually just fine. I love the handle, the size, and the feel of these style tumblers. I also use the non handled kind (usually marketed as a wine tumber) for same use. I just love the size. The addition of handle is the best.Couple of tricks for any of these cups for maximizing hot and cold is to warm up the cup with hot water for a few minutes (then dump out) before adding hot beverage. Or for starting off extra cold, place empty cup in fridge or freezer for a few minutes. Then add ice and beverage.

Lid fits snugly. Keeps my hot drinks warm for several hours. Fits perfectly in my kpod brewer. I wish it came with a straw but I had an extra. Very happy with this purchase.

This cup is nice and light and has a nice handle. It keeps my coffee fairly hot. It is easy to drink from its slim top. The only drawback is that it's not microwaveable. I have to make sure my coffee is hot enough before putting it into the cup. If it isn't, I have to remove the coffee and put it into a microwaveable cup and then put it back into this cup. I would give it 5 stars if I could put it into the microwave.

There is not much to say other than the fact that I love this thing. I own a few other versions of this mug from different brands and I was having trouble with the drinking and venting holes. All of the products I tried made it super difficult to drink liquids because of how painful SLOW the liquid would come out. With this product the drinking and venting holes are large enough that it’s similar to drinking out of a can or a cup without a lid. It’s seamless!It does keeps my drinks warm for a fair amount of time if I use the lid. I wouldn’t say [hot] but it does stay WARM for a lot longer than if you were to use it without the lid or in a normal ceramic cup.It’s definitely not spill proof. The seal around the rim is perfect, nothing has ever leaked from there. But there is no way to close the drinking or venting holes. I didn’t purchase it for that purpose so I don’t mind this.The lid is also angled a bit so be sure not to fill your cup up to the very top if you plan to use it with the lid. You have to leave a little room or the liquid will spill out of the holes in the lid.I love how easy to clean it is. The cup itself doesn’t have any small crevices. The lid is easier to clean than most even with the spill proof gasket.

I love this cup so much I bought two more! I use this every morning, keeps my coffee warmer for longer! Highly recommend...

After purchasing and using two other vacuum insulated mugs, and learning what features were important to me, this was my third such purchase - and I finally got it right. This mug does what I want: (1) It keeps my coffee hot enough that I don’t need to keep warming it in the microwave. I typically finish a mug of coffee in 60 - 90 minutes, so I’m not looking for a product that keeps the contents hot for 6 hours, and this mug does a great job for me. (2) It is easy to clean and to keep clean. My previous mug had a slider that could be closed to cover the drink opening, supposedly to keep the coffee hot for a longer time. I’m not sure how much extra “hot” time, if any, was gained by using the slider, but it was a pain in the butt to remove the slider for cleaning. After a couple of months with that mug, I purchased this mug, and it is doing just fine without a slider. (3) The drink opening in the lid of my previous mug was about 3 cm, or 1/8”, away from the inside edge of the lid; the resulting lip made it impossible to completely empty the mug, even when holding it upside down. The drink opening in this mug is cut right up to the inside edge of the lid; there is not lip, and I can drink all of my coffee without having to remove the lid. If I were to list one minor quibble for this mug, it would be the thickness of the handle - it is just a little too thin; either a thicker handle or a thicker coating on the handle would make this mug just about perfect. So, if your priorities are similar to mine, buy this mug; you won’t regret it.
