Another wonderful distraction
I started buying the manga after seeing the anime, and I am more than pleasantly surprized. The difference in the depth of the story telling really shows up in the manga. I almost wish that the anime had followed these books closer, such as showing what Miharu is learning in the books that he was shown reading. The only complaint that I have against these books, is that they are too short. I just get really into them and then horrors, the end of the pictures.

Nabari No Ou 2
I think this series is starting to grow on me. As I typed on the first it seemed slow, but this graphic novel really gets it started. It still seems slow at times, but then it comes right back to the flow.

Still many questions to be answered
Nabari no Ou volume 2 contains chapters 6 to 10.It is rated Older Teen due to the language and violence.Nabari no Ou is about a teenage boy, Mihara Rokujou, who has some kind of special power called the Shinra Banshou. And because of this power, ninjas are fighting over him, they all want him on their team. But Mihara just wants to live a normal life.In volume 2, the fight for Shinra Banshou gets more dangerous, the clans will do anything to get their hands on it. Miharu learns that he can't live his life being indifferent. He will have to be careful of who his friends are. Is there anyone he can trust? The character designs in Nabari no Ou are excellent. It's easy to tell who is who. The story may start to get a little confusing though as we delve deeper into the truth about the Shinra Banshou.
