Love the stuff and have used it for years. It soothes the skin with aloe and the silver has good antibiotic effects in my experience. I have never had a wound get infected after applying this.

I had an ingrown toenail cut out 4(Wed)days ago. The following night(Thu)my 10 pound son stepped on it, then the next day my 50 pound dog did it again. My felt soul leave my body, sheer pain. Couldn't wear a shoe all day Saturday. This arrived today (Sunday) before 10am. I applied to toe. 5 hours later I was walking in my nice and snug athletic shoes while grocery shopping with NO PAIN. It feels like a miracle. The bruising is gone and it looks great considering what I had done.If I could give 19 stars I would!

Excellent for healing wounds!

I have never written a review before, but I wanted everyone to know. We were traveling and my husband cut a hole in his foot on a boat. It was between his toes. It was an inch deep and a centimeter wide. We soaked his foot in warm water with salt then our friend, who is a retired surgeon told us to put this ointment on it. So we did. We could not believe it. By the next day, the wound that looked like it would need stitches was almost completely healed. By day 3 it was completely gone. I am sold on this product.
