CONFER7200 Heavy Duty A Frame Aboveground Swimming Pool Ladder 48"-56" w/ Mat

I bought this for my Intex 16 x 48" pool as the original ladder is a bit rickety for the athletically challenged and risk averse! Once assembled, I filled it with water (both inside and outside frame) and used packing straps to fasten it to the pool frame - rather than drilling holes and using the included bolts as suggested by the manufacturer. I wasn't sure whether the price for this ladder was justified when I ordered it (almost half the price of the pool!), but it really is sturdy. I'm 220lbs and now my wife feels safe getting in and out of the pool! Worth every cent! Love the product and recommend buying from this company!

I love this ladder, it’s a million times sturdier than the wobbly junk that came with our pool. The mat came separately, the day after I received the ladder so I have not installed it yet, however it seems nice also. This thing was definitely worth the money, it was a little tough to get together and it took a bit to fill the legs with water, but it was worth the time, though I will probably be removing the roll down cover thing as I don’t have a real need for it (kids, etc.) and it seems to just attract leaves/bugs inside the pool, and wasps/bees outside the pool.

We have a 48" pool. When I read that this was adjustable, I thought the actual ladder would be adjustable....not the silly bar that anchors the ladder down. I had purchased this in the winter so by the time we built it...which took HOURS.... it was too late to return. I hate this ladder. I can't wait to replace it but don't have the money now to do so. We have it anchored but the pool is still wobbly. And super high up in the air due to our pool only being a 48" tall pool. Very disappointed in this ladder. I highly recommend getting one that is ACTUALLY adjustable.

this ladder is wonderful, I am a big guy and it takes the weight great. the set up is easy even with a 5 and 6 year old helping me.the locking system is easy and secure. and attaching it to my pool was simple.just make sure you have someone in the pool when putting it in the water, hard to get it to sink and add water from the outside.great product for the money!!!!

This ladder is what we expected as I read over 200 reviews before purchasing it and all were 4-5 stars. It took my husband only about 30 minutes to put it together. It still seemed wobbly from side to side even after filling the inside part of the ladder with water; so he used cable and a turn-buckle to affix it on both sides to the upper railing of our 16 foot round Intex pool. There is no side to side movement that way. We had a 4th of July BBQ and had some family members that could not get into the pool with the ladder that came with the pool. They LOVED this ladder, and with it being stabilized on the sides, there is no side to side movement. The steps on the outside of the pool do give a little bit after sitting in the hot sun but by placing your feet close to the handrail when going up and down it does not affect getting into the pool even for larger people. The mat fits and we put it inside the pool, but its very narrow and it has to be placed just right, making it a bit wider would be helpful. I would definitely recommend this ladder. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is because of the wobble and having to get creative to stabilize it..

I have an Intex 18x9' with a terrible ladder. This ladder was easy to put together, only one place didn't go together well (the top onto the stairs). The only thing I needed help with was placing it in the pool. All parts were included. This ladder is not screwed into the intex which makes it a little wobbly. I plan to put stakes into the ground and bungee to the cross members. It won't look great but I know it will hold. The steps and handles did get soft in +90 temps but this ladder is much better than the intex.I thought the mat was missing but it showed up 2 days later. It is smaller than I thought it should be, but it is functional. I easily put it under the ladder, hopefully it will stay there.Update: I used 2 ratchet straps attached to ground stakes (1 for each side). Worked very well. Ladder didn't wobble at all. Kids were jumping off it all the time. The mat keeps sliding out, thinking of tyeing it somehow this year. Would buy again, worth the money when you have a 250 lb person getting in and out.

Absolutely recommend this ladder! My husband had no problem assembling it like a few others mentioned they had. It's well constructed, materials are nice and heavy and a great design. We filled with water and again no issue what so ever with it not staying submerged in the pool as a few reviewers had also mentioned.It's nice and wide and love the solid platform on the top to turn around on. Sure gives me more confidence with how sturdy it is. The mat is the perfect size.If you're in the market for a new ladder, this is an excellent choice, you'll be glad you chose it!

Very sturdy and I am plus size and I feel very comfortable and safe climbing up and down!
