Works well, just not as long as you wish for

I was looking at portable speakers and wanted to keep the costs down after redesigning my garden for a new relaxation space. This came up and I thought hey good idea for having my music library outside. The quality of the fit to the echo gen 3 is superb and the battery lasted all day listening to non stop tunes. I am really happy with it and if you use the echo as a Bluetooth speaker this will allow you to take it anywhere with great battery life.

This is a great companion accessory for the Echo dot. It means I can disconnect the device from mains and transport it to anywhere in the house or garden (within range of the wireless broadband). Slight downside is that once disconnected from mains, the dot reboots its self and re-connects to the wireless which takes a new moments. Otherwise exceeding useful for taking mobile music.

Works great. Looks cute, charged up fairly fast, sound is not impaired that I can detect. Use it in my Camper when there is no EHU. I connect the Dot to my phone , so long as I have a signal it all works as normal.

This style of battery base is probably the best if you want to make your Dot mobile. However, whenever I unplug this one the Dot reboots. Once this is done it then works. The one I had previously didn’t do this.

Gutted it only lasted just under 2 years. However I let the company know about the product now not working. I sent across a video of the issue and it was resolved very quickly with a new base posted out straight away. Let's hope it lasts longer than 2 years lol

Product great really pleased with it battery life good on it.

I use this in the bathroom and turn off when not in shower the only minus to this is waiting for set up after turning on.. but other wise works great last about 2 weeks at 2 showers a day great product for what I wanted it for
