It stays cold for quite a while. I love that it’s still flexible even right out of the freezer.

Needed to use ice packs again after several years storage at room temperature, but they had become VERY stiff. The one that was stored in the freezer was just fine. Be sure you read the fine print on the ice pack about storage.

Love this, it conforms to you shape and works great. One odd thing is a distinct odor that seems to lessen with washing and airing out.

This pack does get very cold & it feels wet against my skin.It needs some type of cover, so I just slip it into a pillow case. Unlike other similar ice packs, does stay cold long enough to actually provide some benefit.

This is soft and flexible .. Perfect for knees, backs and necks. A Winner!

Great temperature retention! Covers a large area.I bought this to use after shoulder surgery. It was big enough to cover my shoulder and upper arm, but way too heavy to use so soon after surgery and caused more discomfort. It would be great to use to lie on to ice your back or where the weight of the pack doesn't cause discomfort.

My wife just had knee replacement surgery and this is the exact item they use in the hospital after she has her physio. The cold packs you buy at pharmacies can do the trick but this is the real thing. After doing her exercises this pack can be spread out from the the calf over the knee up onto the thigh or wrapped right around the joint. It has a heavy duty rubberized exterior and it stays colder a lot longer than the pharmacy packs you can buy. A really good investment.
