This brand of curamin was recommended years ago by a woman who managed a nutritian center and knew the value and quality of the products that she stocked and sold. It helps control inflamation as well as pain and facilitates restful sleep.

I have been taking these every night for 3 months, all I can say is they are worth every penny!!!! I have several pain conditions that have me on disability since I was in my early 40's. Now, at 50, I feel like I have stepped out of a fog and am seeing a light. I hope this lasts!!!

I have fibromyalgia and cannot sleep at night because of pain. I have only just started using it and I was able to sleep longer and was more rested when I awoke. I've used curamin and curamed with good results. This product seems to work well by reducing my back pain and aiding my sleep. I have severe insomnia for which I've been taking sleep medication for years. The meds are not as effective as they used to be, so the addition of curamin pm has helped with that.

This product seems to be helping with my chronic pain. I hate having to take prescription pain pills, and since I started taking these supplements I was able to reduce the amount of prescription pain pills I take in order to have a better quality of life. This formula also contains 5mgs of melatonin which helps me sleep too.
