No, you do not. The Blockbuster Game is the original. Blockbuster Returns can function as an expansion pack of the original, but can also function as its own standalone game without any real adjustments. The original as a standalone is generally more fun than Returns as a standalone, though, because the original has more classic, essential movies. Both those games require four or more players, and I mention that BECAUSE Blockbuster and Chill is its own two-player game, independent of the others. In short, you could buy only one of the games, and you'd have a game ready to play right out of the box.

What if I did not receive the sign stickers in my box?

I would want those stickers too. My little blockbuster sign is currently on my shelf w my library of dvds and blu rays and there is shall remain. 🍿
