My family and I play these often. They are super fun whether it’s for a group or a couple. I always recommend this, especially if you like movies. It’s a mix of charades, quotes, and one word clues. It definitely brings out competitiveness.

Include the Grandparents on Game Night
This game is easier for the older folks in the family because the younger ones haven’t watched as much tv and movies. This game is great to play with grand parents and older siblings because (in general) they have a bigger movie knowledge base. We found this game on SMOSH and have fun playing!

It’s just a great game. Played the regular game with my family every year, but with this - I got even my friends who kept insisting they had no knowledge of movies to play, win, and now continue to ask me to play again. My friend brought an excellent point that there should be another genre consisting of Historical movies — the categorization & organization of the genres were our largest complaint. Just adding all of the cards together, + adding the “Blockbuster and Chill” ‘Special Guest’ slots onto the regular board, drawing two extra cards, and using it to list actors from the movie made it run significantly more fun.
