Good Quality, Ordering Slightly Confusing
I was not able to find what I wanted online. I was after a Christmas Personalised Photo with two different pictures on each side as you view it in a round Bauble. What I thought I had ordered was a single picture personalised Christmas Bauble. What arrived was a Christmas Personalised Bauble Double Sided with the same photo on each side as you view it in a round Bauble. Actually almost exactly what I had wanted in the first instance this was not clear from the information. Also as the bauble is easy to take apart, I have been able to swap two pictures for the reverse side so that I have ended up with exactly what I wanted. A Christmas Bauble Personalised with a Different Double Photo. I would suggest that it would be good for the advert to make it clear that not only this is two sided photo in round bauble but also that you can swap them across to get different photos if you order two. Even better would be to offer the chance of putting two different photos in the same bauble. This is not being offered by others, particularly on the delivery times you offer.
