If you like all things Greek then this is a must as a coffee table book. Borrowed a friends many years ago when we first moved to Greece and gave us lots of lovely ideas for when we had our house built. Glad I could buy a copy of my own.

This book has super images that capture the essence of Greece in its most simplistic but true state. Shabby-chic paintwork evokes the 'real' Greece. A great book to dip into when you want to re-live holidaying in Greece. You can smell the fruit and hear the echoes of greek music................

ブックカバーが違う物で内容が全く同じと云う物が出ているので気をつけてくださいｗｗ昔、買って引越しで何故か無くしてしまい購入に至りましたが先程書いた様に間違って家に２冊ありますｗ昔からグリークスタイルが大好きで、建築とインテリア関係の仕事をしていた時は参考にしていました。自宅のインテリアにも活用出来る術がたくさんありますね。見ているだけで気持ちがいいですょ。何度見ても飽きない一冊です＾＾

A nice collection of photos from mansions and houses in Greece. The photos were taken many years ago and the quality is not as good as it would have been today. I was a bit disappointed that the book only covers 4-5 areas/islands of Greece; mainly the north, Athens, Rhodes and the Cyclades. I was expecting to see photos from other areas too, like Crete. I guess traveling was more difficult back then. Overall the images are nice and they give good ideas
