Enjoy maximum propulsion efficiency while minimizing fatigue with this pair of Current snorkeling fins by Deep Blue Gear, featuring a strap-style design for an adjustable fit. The soft, malleable rubber foot pocket improves your comfort while reducing friction and chafing, and it's paired with a medium length blade that's both flexible in the water and compact enough for travel. The blade's rubberized center section is designed to cup the water, resulting in increased power with decreased kicking effort. The Current fin is offered in a wide range of shoe sizes per fin size. Remember that fins will get slightly looser in the water and slip easier if the size is too large. Because of the Current's foot pocket design, consider selecting a size larger if you have a wide foot and/or are at the top of a fin size range. Deep Blue Gear produces comfortable, durable, and functional diving and snorkeling gear for both seasoned divers and novice snorkelers. Deep Blue Gear has provided masks, snorkels, fins, and more to a wide variety of resorts, tour operators, and cruise lines based in the Caribbean since 2001.

Very comfortable!!
Very comfortable. This is my first pair of swim fins. I have not had the chance to try them out in the water but as soon as I do I will update this review. They are made of rubber and plastic and they are light weight. Great price and speedy delivery.**UpdateA month of using these in the pool and the sea and I love them. I feel incredibly confident in the water now. I would recommend these to anyone. Still very comfortable and durable.

Easy to break
I was testing out the fins to ensure that they are comfortable and easily used by my in a swimming pool before I use them for any actual diving, snorkeling, etc.; however, the first time I use them, my foot hit against a lane line for the pool to which one of the buckles fell off. After diving to retrieve them, i had found that the pin of the buckle that connects it to the fin itself had snapped in half. After this, I would never recommend this to anyone as a break like this can lead to terrible accidents if I was actually swimming in open waters only for my fin to fall off my foot.Edit**I contacted Deep Blue for their warranty and they had immediately sent two replacement buckles for my fins. Big thanks to them for responding so quickly and i just hope that something like this would not occur frequently in the future.

Would NOT recommend for Scuba
These fins were listed as being compatible with diving booties and they certainly are not. They are very small and I could not even get my booties in half way. Would NOT recommend for Scuba.

confortable fins
I like the Deep Blue Gear. I used them for snorkeling in P.R. with no problem . They are not to big or heavy. You can wear this with no booties or water shoes because the strap is wide enough to hold your feed with out blistering or hurting .

Another Fin Mess I've Gotten Into
Have two or more kids? Buy one pair and watch the Survival of the Fittest credo in action. Excellent value and fully functional.

Size doesn't seem accurate. bruised feet
I'm a shoe size 11.5 and i got the recommended size 10-12 for Men. I used them the first time and had to head back to shore to take them off as they were bruising my feet. I had a lot of red marks. I tried it a second time but didn't tighten them as much as the first time, and it made it worse. For the price they aren't bad. I'm going to buy some waterproof socks to wear with them and it should solve the problem.

Broke first day using
When I got the product it looked awesome. I used them the very next day and the buckle on one of the flippers broke off. So I used them for a total of like 10 mins.

Great training tool
Advertised for diving but should probably only be used for snorkeling. I used them to get my certification in the pool and in a calm lake. Perfect if you don’t want to make the big investment in expensive fins before you know you want to dive.
