Works Great Simple to Program
This key was a nice price and simple to program to my Silverado took less than a minute. The only thing I had to do was get the key cut, but still a deal.

Works for my 2017 Sierra
Worked after getting a key smith to cut it however apparently my model vehicle requires more than the basic “switch on, insert original, insert replacement “ process. Luckily the key smith was able to program them with his scan tool. Obviously no GMC OEM logo but as a spare it’s cool.

Key has chip. Chevrolet requirement!
This key works great. Be aware that the key has to be programmed requiring removal of battery cable and then programming followed by confirmation of program by Chevrolet vehicle which takes about 15 minutes. Total time for the locksmith is about half an hour and you must bring vehicle when the key is programmed.

19 Chevy Silverado
Works great for a keyed (non-push button start ) 2019 Chevy Silverado. Paid the dealer 25 bucks to laser cut it off my vin. Came home and programmed myself. The Chevy Silverado can program a third key as long as you have two separate working keys. YouTube shows how this is done very easily. Saved myself $200- $300 from the locksmith

Received without key chip
The key was taken to my local locksmith to laser cut to fit my Sierra pick-up truck. Once cut the key would not program to start the truck. The locksmith, who opened the packaging. noted that the key was received without the necessary key chip which is required to program the key. I was able to buy the chip only and then was able to use the key.

Keys can be cut and transponder programmed at your local Ace Hardware
Key is around one hundred dollars less than at the dealership. Ace cut the key and programmed for Sixty dollars a key. This is only the key so, you have to order the transponder if you don't already have a matching one. ( We lost the second set that came with our car)
