This device does what it supposed to do worth buying

It was a bit of a experiment to see if it would work on glass fibre and brick which I needed it for. It worked fine, not particularly accurate but gave a good initial indication for further investigations with a more accurate machine. Bit plasticky us the only negative.

I’m sure it’s really good but it wasn’t compatible with what I needed it for because it can only work on a flat surface

This is an amazing piece of kit for the money. I can't vouch for it's accuracy, but if your need is to detect damp in walls, wood etc in a house this is very effective. Every wall/wooden panel in my house reads 10-11% except the damp areas which read higher. I'll try on my boat next!

Great item - no need to pierce into wood - reliable and easy to use - it would be better if the wood codes would be listed on the screen instead of the instructions manusl

Works well easy to use. Seems accurate

This product is for wood and only wood not wood within a caravan or motorhome or in a building I would say this is for raw wood you can physically see.
