When it arrived, the receiver was broken out of the box. It was a present so we had the circus of needing to glue things back together etc. before using it.

It looks nice but the threads to assemble were rough and there are no switches where the ringer and volume switches should be, which leaves it on it's default ringer of an old office phone instead of the "bringgg" sort of sound these types of phones normally had. The default ringer does not match the phone look at all. Mixed feelings, will likely return.
