For 97 GMC Sierra
I purchased this LIC plate holder for my 97 GMC Sierra C1500 SLE. Bolts to bottom holes on metal bumper perfectly. The unit itself is sturdy and well made. I was honestly thinking it was going to be a little flimsy and cheap but was pleasantly surprised. The only thing I did not like was that they don't provide any nuts and bolts to attach to bumper or lic plate to unit itself. This is not a big deal because I have plenty in my garage. Overall, good quality for the price.

Looks like factorry
Coming from a state where we had no front plate, I bought a used holder from a salvage yard. The used part was damaged. But hey, it was a used part, right? Then I discovered this part available. Wish I had known about this part before, I would have saved my $10.00. This makes my old 96 look so much better in the front. The only drawback is the chrome plate frame is too wide to fit into the recess of the holder. It is just wide enough for the plate.

Works good and looks just like factory
I lost my factory tag bracket from someone back again to my front bumper and this one looks exactly like the one that I took off except not crushed. It has no hardware but I reuse what I had because my bolts were fine. Glad to get my tag back on the front.
