First tube arrived damaged but seller replied to my communication to this effect very quickly and sent out a replacement as soon as I provided photos to show the damage, replacement was sent out within a couple of hours of reporting the issue and the 2nd one arrived promptly and undamaged so can't fault them. The item itself is fine, it's not quite rock solid, but it's a cheap cardboard tube and it did the job of allowing me to transport a couple of posters safely when I moved house absolutely fine, so all good

Arrived after 5 days with the end of one tube badly damaged in the post. Luckily I didn't need it as long as it was so I was able to cut about 6 inches off the end without a problem. The plastic end cap was easily massaged back into shape.

My Tube arrived today at 14.10pm, via Hermes carriers, the package was well wrapped and included plastic end caps, i have used Diamond Packing before and recommend them.Best Regards.Michael Boddy.

Pros: Arrived a day earlyCons: As you can see from the pictures BOTH ends of the tube are damaged, one of the caps is cracked/split.This tube is supposed to protect items going through the post and as you can see it can't look after itself. Strangely, I'm glad it arrived in this state because I would have put my drawings and documents in this and sent it off with, maybe, an evens chance of it arriving safely. At least my drawings are still safe, just...... still here!!This tube is just not fit for purpose if your purpose is to send something through the post. Maybe okay to keep things sorted at home or in the office.

its a tube, made of cardboard, for storing or posting items like posters. what else do you want me to say?
