NICE PRODUCT BUT WITH A SHORT LIFE
I've purchased 5 of these straps so far from SnowCinda in various different colours (red, grey suede, black, 2 x pink). On the whole they're really good. They're made of leather, are easy to clip on and off and look much better than the rubber strap that comes with the FitBit Charge 2, which I only wear now when I'm exercising. They’re also a lot cheaper than the official FitBit leather straps and from what I can tell are reasonably similar and available in a lot more colours. The pink ones however wear less well, which is why I've bought 2 of them. The first strap I bought was a pink one back in January. The colour started to come off along the edges and the strap holds quite soon after purchase. As I like the colour I bought another pink one in April, but the colour on that one also started to come off very soon after purchase to the point that by the end of June it was too shabby to wear (see photos), so I went back to the slightly less shabby but still damaged one that I’d bought in January. Now however the pink one bought in January has broken. The plastic around the catch where it meets the FitBit has broken away so it’s no longer useable (see photo with plastic bits broken off). So far I’ve not had any problems with the other colour straps purchased although I have been wearing them a lot less than the pink ones. I think therefore that the paler colours are more likely to show wear and tear quicker.ADDED LATER:As an edit to my original review I would like to state that following my contacting SnowCinda they have sent me a new strap in my choice of colour, which arrived within a couple of days of me contacting them. They asked me to delete my review, which I'm not going to do because the product itself did not last as long as it should have, however I do think that it's fair to say their customer service has been excellent regarding this matter. I am aware of another SnowCinda customer on Amazon UK who had a similar fault issue with one of their FitBit bands and again SnowCinda replaced the product with no quibbling. So I cannot fault their customer service. Therefore star rating changed from 2 to 3 stars.

UPDATED _ STILL Delighted With It
UPDATE 3 MONTHS LATER - I wear it every day. The leather is still in excellent condition. It has not cracked because it is leather and not just leather coated or artificial leather, and it looks as good as it did on day one. The buckle is still good. I still thoroughly recommend.I read a lot about non Fitbit straps before purchasing this one. I wanted leather but it seemed a lot of what were advertised as leather straps that were in my price range were leather coated, with the coating cracking or crumbling off over a few weeks. I purchased this one because its picture showed the words 'genuine leather' stamped onto the back. And it really is genuine brown leather. It even has that lovely leather smell. I have only had this one for a week though (as of 21st Sept 2018) so if I find it cracking etc I will update my review. I have small wrists so have a Fitbit small size strap, so I use the tightest but one hole on this strap, but if I were the other way around there is plenty of space to make an extra hole or two of my own. The strap is a stiff leather. I have had watch straps like that before and know with time it will supple up. I may well buy more in different colours

A stylish and comfortable fitbit strap
I had the Charge hr and now the charge hr2. I have had a lot of issues with the original strap rubbing and irritating me so needed something to replace it. I have had this strap for a couple of months and it has been great. I have had the strap on and off with the charge HR 2 a couple of times with no problems. The strap itself has held up well to being worn pretty much 24 hours a day. No leather strap is going to take this forever but this strap is wearing better than expected giving that it is never off my wrist for more than an hour or so. The strap itself looks great and my wife bought the rose gold one which also looks good (if you like rose gold). All in all a quality product which does what it says on the tin.Update: The hole in the strap has just given way and the strap is starting to look worn around the buckle edges. I still think this is good value given that I wear this more than my watch and it has taken a quite a lot of abuse. If you want a lifetime of wear, go metal or plastic/silicone. I am about to order another one of these.

Excellent replacement strap
I purchased a fitbit charge in July last year and it was great until I started getting a rash and itchy skin reaction. I was required by fitbit to destroy my fitbit and provide proof and they eventually refunded me. The latest charge 2 has a similar type of plastic strap but it also replaceable with various leather and other materials at a whopping cost. I saw this Snowcinda strap advertised at a considerably lower price and decided to have shot, after all its not breaking the bank but I was wary. Well it arrived and I have to say I was impressed with the quality. Replacement was a simple operation as described by fitbit and its a great fit and is rather classy. No irritation thankfully and I am more than pleased with a very good product and a little disappointed that fitbit themselves charge a lot more for something that could be supplied with their charge 2 as an option. But come to think of it, maybe the clue is in the name?

Looks nice, but isn’t durable.
While this strap does look and feel nice, it doesn’t last long. After around nine months the inside of the strap started showing cracks which then continued to get worse over time.A year after purchasing this strap and wearing it daily, the inside of the strap had completely come off and fallen to pieces leaving just the outer leather. This didn’t actually affect the outer appearance so I could still keep wearing it and nobody could tell the majority of the strap had been removed, but it was much less comfortable and didn’t feel as sturdy because the outer leather was a millimetre or so thick. After about 13 months of wearing this strap daily, I had to replace it. I would definitely recommend it for people who have multiple straps and would only wear this one occasionally as it does look very professional; just don’t expect it to last a long time.
