SO disappointed. The inside liner separated from the outside/noeoprene (right under the zipper) after just one day of my daughter taking it to school. We needed to replace her existing lunch bag and now I have to figure out yet another option. My daughter was so excited for this to arrive. She’s upset too

My daughter has loved llamas for 20 years, well before they were popular, so I ordered this for her as a Christmas gift. It ships from China so it took awhile, but it was worth the wait. She loved it! It's big without being huge and the colors are beautiful.

I bought this item for my daughter as a Christmas present. It’s really beautiful and I was so happy with the insulated lining. However, the lining detached from under the zipper within one week of use. We don’t even put anything heavy in it. It’s usually a something like Nutella sandwich and small bag of snacks. I’m really disappointed.

I saw this and had to have it. I love llamas. I just wish it was bigger. It is easy to clean. The insulation is so so.

First, I’ll start by saying this item is super cute and my daughter loved it immediately! I ordered this in February right before the pandemic and she didn’t get to use it until this school year. So, after a week and a half of use, the inside is falling apart. I do not recommend buying this product.

Total piece of junk--disintegrated after 4 uses. Not made of neoprene--made of flimsy nylon and plastic. This is apparently called "Noeoprene" aka "false advertising"

Very small inside. Hard to fit lunches but durable and cute
