Willsence Blender Out of Stock

I have used this blender for 11 months and the blade assembly stopped working!!! There are no replacement parts. I cant find any company location or phone number. So I guess Im supposed to buy a new blender to replace the blade assembly and throw a perfectly good motor into the dump. Its cheap enough to do that but I wont buy from a company who destroys the environment like this. Makes me sick.I only received it today. I've used it three times to make some different smoothies. I've used another brand of blender and was fairly satisfied. This blender was much smoother and more flavorful. It also is easier to clean . The other blender tended to leak when I pressed the container down on the blender. This has a Twist seal that really works. I'm glad that it will not leak on the body of the blender or the motor as the other brand did. I can't say anything about the durability of the unit yet. One question I do have-it Operates automatically. It says that it senses the consistency of the ingredients and blends accordingly. I don't know whether it continues to blend and the user needs to stop it between cycles or whether it just stops on its own at some point.I let it go through four or five cycles (maybe 45 seconds total) and the consistency of this movie looked very good. I just stopped it in between and drank the smoothest smoothie I have ever made. Does anyone know whether it stops on its own if you leave it running? I'm hoping that it will last for a while. Looking forward to using it on a daily basis. It definitely beats out the competitor.Addendum- Unfortunately after 10 days I had a problem with the Blender. It must be a bad contact, But it only works now when I wiggle it and then hold it in place and even then it does not work consistently. The company responded immediately and indicated they would address the problem. ADDENDUM: I contacted the company and they responded immediately that they had already sent out a solution for the situation. It arrived today. The blender now works perfectly! This company has my highest rating for responsiveness and customer support. What a pleasure to work with a company that is responsive and has confidence in their product. I would highly recommend purchasing from this company. I am going to look over their other products and consider them first in the future when I am purchasing something.

I went to the higher priced smoothie blenders after noting that the 20 to 30 dollar range would not handle frozen stuff well or their little 300W motors would not last. The WillSense is an actual, serious appliance with thick plastic construction of all the parts. I did everything wrong on my first smoothie, just to see what this machine is made of. Put in frozen berries with lots of seeds, frozen whole banana, kefir, powdered herbs & protein. I closed lid, inserted into base and rotated to lock position. Blender turns on, runs, pulses, stops, runs, stops, etc. Pulverized everything, however when I opened to drink my smoothie was too thick. So I added more almond milk, I was now above the recommended fill line. Ran again. No leaks. No problems. Perfect smoothie where even those little tiny annoying seeds had disappeared. Also, no need to use sealable dinking lid, was comfortable to drink right from blending container. I put a lot of things in my smoothie and am happy that I purchased one that comes with (2) 24oz blender jars. This is not a traveling personal smoothie blender but a robust, heavy duty countertop appliance.

So beyond disappointed. I was truly looking forward to this based on reviews and research. When when I went to use it I could tell that it was not new based on motor attachment being scuffed but he fact that I has already gotten rid of the packaging and that I am a single mom that works fulltime and am currently in my Master's program. I have very little time to be running any extra errands. So rather than immediately sending it back I followed the directions and was extremely upset to find out that it refuses to work. Waste of money. Very disappointed.

A total piece of crap. I got it to somewhat blend only one time. If this is an intelligent machine then I got the dummy.

I initially loved this blender. If you are debating whether or not you should pick up a blend and go blender even though you have a big blender, the answer is YES - you need to do it!The most important feature I was looking for was a blender that had a 24oz cup. Smaller wouldn’t do for me. I also love that this one came with two cups.The package inserts encourage you to rinse out your cup after use and fill it with water so you can keep up your healthy habits. For some reason, the cups always leak when I just have water in them. It’s strange. So that was my first complaint.When this works, it is 5 stars. It gives my smoothies and shakes that filling and fluffy texture that I love and NEED. However, this product can be absolutely MADDENING and you might find yourself in danger of losing your religion while using it.That brings me to my second complaint. This blender has no ON/OFF or speed buttons. You just twist the blender cup on the device and it starts blending automatically. Except for when it DOESNT. This blender is so crazy finicky and has more preferences that a high maintenance woman. Sometimes it turns on. Sometimes it turns on for half a second then decides to not continue blending. Sometimes it blends fine and then I decide I need to add a little more of one ingredient, and it decides to not blend again. Sometimes you have to sweet talk it. Whatever the automatic settings are that make it GO, something is WRONG with them. Automatic blending is absolutely unnecessary and you will be wanting to run out the door to go to work and be pleading with your blender to just get out of bed and get moving or we will all be late to school and work.If it would just do it’s thang reliably I would highly Recommend this product. However, seeing how this blender is like a disappointing boyfriend on whom you cannot depend, I cannot in good conscious set y’all up on a blind date with this fella. So, BEWARE.
