This Ritche Alligator finished strap has quick release pins making it quite easy to attach or release from your watch. Make sure you measure carefully and order the right band. For example, if you have a 19 or 21 lug width, a 20 mm strap will not work for you. This strap says it is top grain leather, which is much better quality than "genuine leather." I have a watch that came with brown leather, but sometimes I need a navy blue so this fit the bill nicely.

This is a great alternative to other band options. The key is making sure you have the right size. 2mm may not sound like a lot, but on a watch it makes all the difference between a perfect fit and a poor one. So be sure to measure properly.

I have grown to love Ritche watch straps. I put these on all of my watches, as the leather (9 times out of 10) is better quality than the stock straps.While the company is a complete mystery to me, I frequently order them on Amazon and am super pleased. The quality really is super for an inexpensive band, and I will continue to order more in the future as long as they are sold here.

This is the perfect watch strap for when you want to step up and be even more formal than a plain leather watch band. "Crocodile/Alligator" straps are often regarded to be the most formal strap for those that want to go beyond the plain leather when dressing up. As such, these are best suited to go onto simple and clean dress watches, but anyone can do as they wish. The leather is nice and plush, and the stamping of the pattern looks really good and even continues onto the back of the strap. The indents and texturing go deep to give it a natural look, all while being more humane and not using real crocodile/aligator skin. The leather is soft and forms easily around your wrist. The strap is too long in my opinion. On my ~6.5" wrist there is noticeable overlap when I have the watch on with the underside of the strap sticking out ruining the appearance and making it slightly sloppy looking for what should be very formal and clean. The keeper is unable to get into a position to hold it down either so it's stuck with the overlap. It probably would not be a problem for those with larger wrists, but most dress watches are ~40mm (like the one pictures) and thin so it makes an already long strap feel even longer for me. Overall I am still happy with it and I think it looks good, but keep in mind that there might be a little overhang if your wrist is under 7".

It's a great band, but it is a little difficult to install.

I really this band. It's well-made and , in time, becomes supple. I will be buying the tan one for my other watch.

If you're familiar with the equivalent Barton watch band, this one is darn near identical. I own both brands and the only differences I could find are that the Ritche is about a half inch longer and $11 cheaper. The construction quality is great, the materials are very good, and the finish is awesome. I have both the brown and the black Ritche bands and they both look terrific with my Seiko Cocktail Time. I particularly love the brown. The manufacturer's photos are accurate. Also, contrary to what some reviews have said, there is a slight taper to the width of the band. Functionally it doesn't matter but it is an aesthetically positive thing in my opinion.
