Needed for Toyota Sienna spare tire lift
I replaced the spare tire lift in our 2008 Toyota Sienna with a Dorman brand. The nut on the OEM could be turned with the lug nut wrench. This Dorman version has a 5-sided shaped nut that requires this adapter. Works great.
