Adjustable Weight Bench 800 lbs Flat/Incline/Decline Utility Exercise Workout Bench Sit Up Home Gym Equipment for Full Body Workout

Bench is sturdy enough for me as I don’t bench press more than 225 lbs. The padding is on the firmer side but adequately comfortable. When doing bench press I find the distance between the two cushions to a little too far apart for my liking as it seems I have to have the bench perfectly placed in order for my butt not to fall in the gap or feel a lack of support on my lower back if my rear is fully on the seat. There is a spot where it is comfortable but it takes some shifting of the bench when under the barbell to find it.It adjusts easily for doing incline, decline, military positions. The width of the back is comfortable and stable. It’s a good bench for a starter home gym.

I was hesitant to buy any bench online as this pandemic has brought out a lot of cockroach sellers offering crap products. Steel weights are more expensive that gold it seems so finding any decent home gym equipment for a reasonable price is almost impossible. Most sellers are taking advantage of market conditions and charge ridiculous prices. This bench arrived rather quickly..I think less than 10 days. Unboxing was easy and instructions were provided. Basically a picture of the bench and where the bolts go. Its not super clear but not really difficult. I missed one step in the assembly and had to remove a few bolts to start over. No big deal. You would benefit from a ratchet set and an adjustable crescent wrench. I believe the bolts are standard, not metric. I used standard sockets without a problem. One tip is to keep the bolts a little loose before you attach the bench portion so that you can line up the holes. Once the bench cushion is attached you can tighten the other bolts down. the bench is constructed of box steel. Very solid when all together. Cushions are firm and seem well put together. Overall a really nice bench. Height from the floor is low enough to allow seated curls with both feet solidly planted on the ground. Some of these foldup benches are two high off the ground and don't allow you to plant your feet solidly on the ground. There is a gap between the bottom and top cushion when the bench lays flat. You can put a rolled up towel there if it bothers you but when laying flat it is positioned just above your tail bone which is naturally raised off the bench when laying flat. On incline positions the gap goes away. Hope that helps people on the fence with this product. I received nothing in return for this review. Too many fake reviews on Amazon these days.

Very pleased with fit and finish of the bench. Assembled easily with good alignment of all bolts. Padding is a good balance of firmness and thickness. There is little to no movement in the bench regardless of incline angle. The wheels work well for easy movement of the bench. The length and width of the bench provide good stability when lifting. All welds appeared smooth and solid.

For the price i paid, I didn’t expect the quality I received. I am very picky about gym equipment and I did visit couple of local stores. This bench is way better than benches in some local stores with same price range. And this bench was 60% preassembled, you need 🔧 to assemble it but it s easy for me to get it done in 30mins. The bench feel like a expensive heavy duty bench, very stable. Anyway, I highly recommend this if u are also searching for a good quality bench with decent price.

I need a home gym for the winter months so gave Vanswe bench a try. It's an excellent choice.I was concerned that the bench might be too short or narrow; that is not the case. I selected this product because other reviewers pointed out that they are tall, good-sized people and this product fit them well. I completely agree.Assembling the product was extremely simple! I'm a woman who cannot claim an ability with assembling furniture and other component type products, yet I had no problem putting together the Vanswe bench.I am pleased with this purchase and my brother, who is 6'1", is planning on purchasing this product for his own home gym.

The best thing about this bench is that this is one sturdy bench. However, I can see what a lot of customers have complained about.Instructions are good enough, but could have been better. If you are good at figuring out pictures, you are good to go. No bench is perfect, but a rachet set and adjustable wrench will fix most issues. There is one bolt that is bigger than the rest and does not fit most standard rachet sizes (may need a bigger rachet or just use adj. wrenches for that one bolt), so be aware of that. A couple of flanges were bent upon arrival, but straightened out easily enough once the bolts were tightened. I am not certain this bench sits perfectly flush (some flanges were bent so it might be my mind playing tricks on me). It could be that the floor (sits on tile) isn't perfectly flush as well, so a good mat should fix it (on order). There is a good space between the seat pad and back pad when bench is flat, but to me it's not an issue. It's actually a result of the design. When the bench is adjusted where the back pad is perpendicular, the the seat pad and back pad perfectly align at the groove). None of these issues were big enough for me to complain, but I wanted to mention them to validate other complaints and to reason why I could not give this bench 5 stars. In any case, the bench doesn't wobble and when I am on the bench it is as solid as it gets. As a personal preference, I think the padding is a little stiff, but that is a lot better than too soft.Trying to decide between this bench and one of those foldable benches was one tough decision. Most of the highly rated benches are the 600 lb. weight capacity foldable type. It all came down to the fact that I currently weigh around 210 lbs. and I wanted more room to play with as far as actual weights. Either way, this is not a commercial type bench. What it is, a very good home gym bench that is better than some benches I have seen in box stores for more money.Overall, this bench is a very good quality for the money spent (as long as they keep it under $150).
