This iodine supplement is the best for the money that I have found. It has the right combo of iodide/iodine for your body.

several years ago I was seeing a dermatologist nearly every month to have basal cell and squamous cell carcinoma skin cancer removed. Twice I had to be put to sleep in the hospital for their removal. The doctors were leaving surgery scars all over my arms, hands, legs and feet. These things are huge and will not go away on their own. I began using 7% iodine. In about a week they began to shrink. The Basil cells were falling off after a week. The squamous cells were much more difficult. After six or eight weeks of twice a day applications, they were still there, but much smaller. That's when I began taking "Pure Horizon IO Plus" internal Iodine. Let me tell you how many BCCs and SQs I had on the last go round Seven on the back of my left hand, one on the bottom of left elbow, one on top of left forearm, one on top of left foot, one on bottom of left foot, and four on my right forearm. These things were giants. Some were raised up more than a 1/4 inch and the circumference of a nickle. About three months after adding the internal iodine, and continuing the twice a day external applications, They all fell off leaving no scar. The one on the bottom of the left foot was the most stubborn. I guess because it was upside down and was not visable without a mirror. I started using another product that was more expensive. When my finances changed, I started using IOPlus, and it was the best thing I ever did. Along with IOPlus I began a 30 min workout, Lopozene 30 min before every meal, and a 900 calorie diet that helped me loose over 100lbs in 8 months. I was 613lbs and now I'm 497 and still losing. These pills give you the energy you need to stay motivated and active. I have had no side effects and because you work out harder, longer, and faster you sleep better. These are pretty safe as I have been assured so I take 4 pills every day at 10:00am by bed time I'm winding down for a good night sleep.

I have bought this several times occasionally there are one or two broken pills today's bottle had about 50 pills vs 60 and a lot of little pieces. Overall it is a good product at a good price. Quality control needs a little work.
