I’m rating 4 stars in the beginning of the use of my GreenPan Paris 3 quart saucepan. The first recipe I made was Chicken and Dumplings. I was impressed with this saucepan. I love the stainless steel lid. The quality and construction of the saucepan seems great. It cooked the chicken quickly and evenly. Clean up was amazingly easy. All I needed to use was a little Dawn dish liquid with a kitchen wash rag. I won’t be stacking any thing on my saucepan. I plan to take care of how I store this great buy. I loved using this saucepan so much I am waiting for the 2 quart Paris saucepan to be delivered this week. I will report back with another review as I continue using these 2 saucepans.

I do baught so many hard anodized cookware but nothing worked on my glasstop. This is perfect for my indian cooking like upma’s and small quantities of sambar and Rasam..i had chosen 3quart and it is perfect for a family of 2.. would like to purchase again.

Haven't used it a ton yet, but love how easy it is to clean, especially knowing its not loaded with chemicals to do so. Cooks evenly, and is of great sturdy quality. Hope it lasts!

All was well until I blended the leek soup with a Cuisinart Smart Stick - not very smart. Now the non-stick surface has interesting tracks in it; It continues to clean up easily. I took care to avoid heavy contact. I think avoiding metal utensils would be wise.

The coating failed on the 4 Qt sauté pan due to my overheating. The coating is not forgiving and seemed to fail too easily compared to other pans that I use. Otherwise it is a nice deep pan with a lid. It is perfect for popcorn. I still use it but always first apply a high temp avocado spray.

I love my GreenPans. They are so easy to clean. Nothing sticks, they distribute heat very well and I recommend to anyone looking to buy new pots/pans.

This is a great product. We have been using a similar one from the same company for the last 10 years and finally the non-stick property has all but vanished. But, it did last long enough. So, I replaced it with this and it sure is just as good. Any of these will eventually lose their non-stick properties but I am happy if it lasts several years. Looks like it will. Greenpan pots in general are great.
