Good smart lock with exception after sales service
I bought this lock last year because I always forget my keys at home. With a smart lock I can unlock my door with my phone or a remote controller. With this specific lock, I can even ask my neighbors to unlock my door with a one time generated code (generated in front of emergency situations). So no need to pay 50 euro for a locksmith when I forget my keys. The design of the lock is also very smart and compact. I like it.There were some software problems at the beginning, but Desi has quickly solved them with an app and a firmware update. You can contact them via email or Whatsapp, sending them videos to analyze the problem. Very customer friendly.I'm very satisfied with this lock thus far. Never have serious problems with the lock. It does what it needs to do. Until recently the two included black remote controllers (see item photo) don't work anymore. The remotes are used to lock and unlock the door. But suddenly they stopped working. No matter how I pressed the buttons or how far I stood from the door, the lock didn't do anything. My phone and the white remote controller still worked though.Then I contacted Desi again asking for help. They suggested some solutions and workarounds, but the controllers still didn't work. Then they decided to send me new remote controllers completely free of charge! The remotes arrived a few days ago and they worked out of the box!Again those guys from Desi are very customer friendly. They are always ready to help. These kind of services should be provided by every company. That's why I write this review to share my experience with you and to recommend this product to everyone.
