Duke Luxury Purple Fountain Pen Fine Point, Charlie Chaplin Series, Unique Design Collection Heavy Pen with Pouch

Writes lovely and smooth with no scratching. Great to hold and nice and weighty.

Not bad but the barrel is slightly too short to be fully comfortable while writing, and the pen is also too heavy (for me) to use comfortably with the lid on the barrel to extend the length. The positives are that it is a good looking, thick heavy pen which writes well, comes with integral ink reservoir (but I guess it can take cartridges too) and looks good given its availability in a number of different colours. I chose purple and the shade of colour plus finish is rather pleasant. The thick white metal band supposedly pays homage to Charlie Chaplin - not entirely sure how or why but it is not too intrusive

I find it very comfortable to write with, and nice and firmly heavy. Really recommend especially having had one made for me out of wood (Oak), but this one fits into my pen pocket more easily.

I like this pen, very fine nib which I like and feels sturdy in the hand. I use it with Mont Blanc ink and it writes very well indeed.

Nice heft to the pen, very smooth writer, beautiful colour. All in all pretty satisfied.A couple of niggles, the cap is a bit too easy to pop off, happened a couple of times in pockets which led to leakage. Also there is a slight rattle as if the ink filler doesn't sit quite right in the body.

This s a gift. The pen is quite heavy so I leave the cap on the desk whilst writing , however, for me, the weight enhances the use of the pen. I find it easy to hold and control. Ink draws in well. I am delighted with my gift.

Nice, heavy pen that writes beautifully. I love the design and shape, the colour is also better than expected. It's a bit of a tight fit in the pouch and will likely get stuck if forced so I'm glad I have enough room in my current pen case for it.

Un stylo plutôt lourd dans la main, un peu petit. Mais surtout des fuites continues : j'ai toujours les doigts tâchés en l'utilisant. La cartouche rechargeable m'a lâché et comme ce n'est pas un format standard : je n'arrive pas à la remplacer. J'ai été déçue de cet achat.
