Why does it say product may vary?

It can mean a different size, it's a just in case statement.

Does this work well with cracked heels?

Well it works ok but to be honest with you I have found Vitamin E cream works better on my heels However, the Burts Bees product does smell great and leaves your feet tingly.

Does this have a menthol scent?

My wife uses it on her feet. She says it more like a peppermint aroma and I agree. It’s a pleasant aroma. I use Mineral Ice and it has a heavy menthol aroma but it works on my neuropathy and other pains.

foot lotion ffirst, but it can probably be used as a hand lotion, too. It is soothing and smells wonderful.
