I liked everything about this book ! I bought it for the recipes , but had no idea how much it would change my life for the better ! This was a real page turner . I recommend this for all adults . Freelee is the best female role model I have seen . I wish I had this book as a teen . This is great for female empowerment , but I would like men to read it to understand us better . Thank you Freelee for helping me be my natural self .

Not only are the recipes in this book easy to make, filling, and tasty plant-based meals, but the message of female empowerment/expression throughout the book is strong. I think that mother, daughter, man or women this recipe book is eyeopening for all. Fuel your mind and body with all the information jam-packed into the beautiful book. Big fan!!

Did not include enough diet-related content and recipes. It was mostly a political treatise, which is not useful to me.

I did not expect to love this book so much but I do!!! so many amazing recipes and information that have literally transformed the way I think about food! Thank you freelee for this incredible book!!

She has no credentials and these are just her opinions. People have lot there menstrual cycles and a number of other things by follow her Raw til 4. She’s not a nutritionist and only does hate response videos on people on YouTube. Seems like the “naked” part was to entice men to buy this overpriced book.

I have recently become a vegan,this book gave me enough guidance to keep a healthy diet and it is enpowering. The author is an inspiration and I would recommend this to everyone. You will want to keep this book for life!

No son puras recetas. Da su punto de vista sobre temas como maquillaje cirujia plástica dietas y entre tema y tema mete una receta. No todas son crudiveganas . Y resultó ser más interesante lo que escribe que las recetas como tal.

Such an incredible, life changing book! It really should be read by everyone, especially females. This book changed me in so many ways. It made me more confident, boosted my self esteem and overall made me feel empowered to be an adult female human. 100% recommend and definitely worth the price!
