Great product. Very comfortable and no more neck aches during trips. I am 5’2 so the headrests in cars are never a good height for me. I even was able to try it out as a passenger and was able to nap without any neck aches or overheating that other products tend to hold on to body heat.

I ordered this one after I had ordered a pair of different ones, this one was much more comfortable, you sink into it and it contours to you! I would only recommend that it comes in a pair so you could match both seats!

Everything about the product is good. Beware however that when using it on your car seat between the upper seat back and headrest, its position to the back of your neck is dictated by the seat back height (not including headrest). In my case, I am a tall fellow and found that the cushion position was too low contacting my upper back instead of my neck.Before buying, sit in your car seat and have an observer check where this cushion will contact you. If it's not right at the back of your neck, it probably won't work the way you expect.

What an amazing memory foam that supports the neck while driving. At first, I was doubtful. But it truly says what it says in the product description. You just need to adjust to your neck level on your driver's seat. I usually do a long drive so this is a welcome comfort.

If you want a sturdy cushion on the back of your head in the car, this will do it. I needed it more for my neck but have not yet figured out how to get it (possibly with extra straps or something?) to go 2-3 inches lower. It is right on the cusp of my lower to mid head.If they made it with a design that could FLIP for people that were just a little shorter this would be great! It is more for a tall person.

This neck pillow is absolutely perfect! We traveled 4 hours this morning and I had no neck pain at all. I recommend the Smith pillow to everyone!

The pillow is too thick, make my neck pain. I would return. I should get rid of the star I rated... so no star!

I have occasional neck pain, so when I’m driving the pain is worse afterwards because there’s no support for my neck. Since adding this neck pillow to my headrest, driving has been much more comfortable and the pain has been reduced to minimal to none!
