Not at all!!! Maybe a quarter of the size of a regular piggy bank. Internal size idea: 10 dimes worth could fit only. Pretty small. More decoration than use.

It's very small, more pocket sized than anything. It does have soft plastic, but you will not be able to drill a hole in it.
