I bought this to supplement/replace my Anker Astro E7 20600mah battery. Be aware, this thing is bulkier than it looks, it's almost like an external hard drive.It has two USB ports, one 2.1A for tablets and such, and one 1A for phones. It also has a DC out and DC in plug. The DC in plug is for the charger, and is a little narrower, so you can't mistakenly plug the charger into the DC out hole. It also comes with a bunch of other things: a cable to connect the laptop end to, which plugs into the DC out, American and European plug connectors for the charger, various USB charger dongles for phones that have older connectors (think late 90s Nokias) and a cable to connect them to just like the laptop. All that comes in a black box.I have to say, I'm a little disappointed in the quality of the box it came in. It's probably a shipping error because as we all know, shipping companies are very gentle and careful with all of the packages they handle, because the box the battery came in had a damaged right side, so the contents were about to fall out and the battery itself had black grease marks across its surface, as if it were handled by someone who had just done car maintenance. The instruction manual is no help at all, being written in badly translated English with the reverse side in Chinese. My copy also had black grease marks all over it, same as the battery.The battery itself is amazing, charges all of my devices quickly (not sure if it's Qi certified or supports fast charging), but for the capacity it has that's not much of an issue.Overall, if you can overlook its Engrish user manual, I would highly recommend this battery for anyone who needs a high-capacity battery for their devices.

We haven't gotten to use it much yet, but so far so good. One bad thing is that it came with NO INSTRUCTIONS IN ENGLISH. With a little head scratching, we were finally able to figure out how to change the voltage to the desired level.We have a business that makes recommendations to customers on batteries. We have already heard from one customer who couldn't figure the operations out. Not our business to support other company's products.

OK, this thing can charge my phone fast seven times over BUT I bought it for my laptop only to find my laptop requires 7 amps. If you are purchasing for your laptop, please first see how many amps you need. This can do the voltage, but amps are important. It doesn't put out that many...

Does anyone know how to charge this thing after it dies? I used the cord that comes with it and plug it into the DCin hole and it flashes a charge icon for a couple seconds and then shuts off!!!???

A bit heavy compared to my 50000mAH battery, but that one can't do 20v. This is good quality and does what I need it for: expanded battery life for a laptop I can't get another battery for.

This is a great product and the customer service is top notch. Ability to select voltage settings, relatively small size, and large capacity are key positives.I had another XTPower battery product that ceased to function after I left it dormant for a year. Be advised, REGULAR USAGE IS REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN THE ELECTRICAL INTEGRITY OF THE PRODUCT! This is not a deficiency with XTPower products, but rather a requirement for ALL lithium ion battery products.
