These are easy to take and taste good. I use 4 daily for a protocol for stenosis, along with another Boiron product, Hekla Lava.

Excellent!! But be sure to look up any homeopathic remedy that you're drawn to.. Each remedy can be super healing to a whole host of symptoms that are presenting..not just what the label may say..

Exactly what I needed! Only issue is the dispenser is hard to use at times.

My physician routinely recommends Boiron products and has great success with his patients with Boiron remedies. He prescribed this one for osteoarthritis in my hands. I started using several other products at the same time as starting using this. Therefore, I am unsure which one is working so well, but I'm not in pain now, almost ever. Before starting this and the other items, I was in severe pain and I even went to hand therapy for a month. Now, not needed!

I was having a lot of pain in my mouth after a difficult dental procedure, the dentist said that the ligaments of my teeth and my jaw were strained. Started taking this remedy two times a day and started feeling better right away. It definitely sped up my recovery!
